Welcome to Lady G's Cookery School.  A cookery school set in the delightful surroundings of Middleton Lodge, North Yorkshire. Lady G's specialises in giving you newfound confidence in the Kitchen, we will help you to discover your own tastes and cookery style using our vast knowledge and experience of cooking both professionally and in the heart of our own homes.

Tasting your food is the key to having confidence, the more you can develop your palate and discover what you love to cook and eat, the more confident you will feel cooking for others.  

A visit to Lady G's will be a home away from home experience as we have none of the pretensions of many Cookery Schools, we will motivate you to explore your cookery skills and develop your palate whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings and relaxing ambience of Middleton Lodge.

We offer three different types of courses.

1. One Day Residential Courses.  After a day in the kitchen, you can enjoy a night of pampering, letting Middleton Lodge take the strain.

2. One Day Courses.  For people who can only get away for one day.  These courses start at 9.30am and finish at 2.30pm. Even a Mum with school runs in their mind can make this.

3. Corporate or Team Building Courses.  As well as a big kitchen for cooking there are many other rooms you can use for other team building exercises.

If you have a particular interest, we can tailor make a course to suit your needs, ie. Game Cookery, Tapas, Canapes.  Otherwise we put together a very seasonal menu for the day and night.
