Fnday 19th October 2009 sees the National Press Launch of  Lady G's Cookery School at Middleton Lodge.  A day for the press to come through the doors of the Lodge and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.  They will be putting on their aprons and have the opportunity  to experience a taster of the residential one day cookery course.  G and Caroline will be demonstrating and cooking alongside the journalists who will be very hands on! 

After their hard work the journalists will be able to relax and enjoy the peaceful ambience of Middleton Lodge before they dine with the team.  They will be dining on the food they have helped to create during the day and tasting wines supplied by Corney and Barrow.

The first One Day Residential Courses are in November.  Starting in the New Year a variety of different courses will be available please look at Dates 2009/2010.

Since our Press Launch we have had our first One Day Residential which we filled and we along with our students felt was a great success.

It is now a year on from our first course.  The business is slowly building up.  We, as in G and Caroline now do all the catering at Middleton Lodge as well as the Cookery School, so time is split between the two, although over the summer all the weddings at Middleton Lodge take preference.  

We are now back focussing on the Cookery School.  We have decided that as well as doing the One day Residential Courses and the Team building courses we are also going to do One day courses that Mum's can fit in with also. Starting at 9am and finishing at 2.30pm.  Please have a look at the page marked Day Courses.  We feel this is a new way forward for us.  WE plan to do two per month in 2011.
