Lady G's Key Concepts 

Confidence in cooking, learning how to taste as you cook is the key to producing delicious food that your guests will love. The more you can develop your palate and discover what you love to cook and eat, the more confident you will feel when cooking for others.

How to mix and match your food, a starter that you make for one meal, could become a main course for another with an added ingredient.  A canape can be sized up to become a light lunch or starter.

As you are cooking we will be guiding you, practice makes perfect. 

Middleton Lodge is opening its doors to you for an exclusive one day and night cookery course. You will arrive at 10am and head straight into the kitchen for a days cooking with the tutors, you will then enjoy a delicious dinner and can relax and enjoy the luxury of the Lodge before retiring to your sumptious room. After a hearty breakfast we will wave you goodbye with a recipe folder and goody bag.
