Here at Lady G's as well as gaining knowledge from the tutors, you will get the opportunity to meet and see demonstrations from various celebrity chefs. 

For the Pre-University Courses, we have secured Tiffany Goodall to come and demonstrate at each of the courses. Tiffany is the first Celebrity Chef to come on board at Lady G's.  We are in discussion with others at  present. 

Tiffany Goodall

Having graduated top of her class from Ballymaloe CookerySchool, Ireland Tiffany became passionate about food, cooking but above all encouraging students and young people to get back into the kitchen.  She continued her studies at Newcastle University studying Business and while she was there began writing a cookbook for students illustrating how cheap, easy and fun cooking can be.  Her regular "Tiffs Tuesdays" where everyone came for dinner chipped in a fiver instilled a sense of excitement amongst her friends.

On graduating she has finished her cookbook, 'From Pasta to Pancakes; The Ultimate Student Cookbook' which is released August 09' (available at Lady G's). Made guest appearances on Market Kitchen, CNN News, made films for Video Jug and demonstrated at TASTE of London, Birmingham BBC Good Food Show, Birmingham, Hampton Court Foodies Festival to name a few.  She also teaches people to cook in London and runs a small private catering business.
